Stars giant short-lived

The size of the stars tell us something about the duration of their lives. In fact more of a star is bigger and more voraciously consumes the hydrogen inside. It ends when the hydrogen, the star ends up (often with a bang of a supernova).
For example, if the sun with its size has a perspective of life 10 billion years (and he is still half) a star that is only twice as great prospects of the sun will shrink tremendously just 750 million years. In contrast, a star just smaller than the sun, say a fifth, will have a duration of 25 billion years!
A star 60 times bigger than the sun, and there are as can be seen from the drawing, will live just 3 million years. Nothing compared to the sun.
What is even more interesting if we think that some very distant giant stars that we get a faint light could now be stone dead already, but since light has a speed limit we still we have not seen the explosion.
